I have a 1992 Sea Ray 370 EC. The fitting on the fuel inlet plate on the carburetor broke so I had to have it repaired. While doing that I thought to go ahead and rebuild the carburetor. The engine started before doing all of that but now it tries but doesn't. Any suggestions?

Make sure your choke is working

The choke is working fine. The solenoid is working properly. I read something about the governor oil level being low will prevent it from starting.
