Smoking deal on Lumitec Seablaze and Seablaze X Spectrum underwater lights

Mine is right at a 13', and the two are plenty bright.

Admittedly, I didn't do my own install, but was there while it was happening. Hole saw, and 3M 4200 got them set.

I'd normally say the same, but damn I love the ability to either choose any, or let them cycle through their spectrum on a 3 minute cycle.

I agree. I am leaning towards the Spectrum after watching the video.
Man that looks good.

Siboatguy,

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. But, I may need some help deciphering your’s. Are you saying Spectrum is the only way to go? Aftet watching the video, I tend to agree.

Yes i would say so... I love mine... And these are only 2, in not so clear water...

Yep. Guarantee that you've had more questions about these at your dock than anything else on your boat.

Everyone was shocked how bright they are in unclear water's.... Was never in the ocean at night yet... only had them 1 year and love them.... Was gonna put 3 but 2 is plenty...

Great video!! I was about to drop $$ for the new blue led under swim platform light from barnegat light but I couldn’t justify their price but after seeing this video plus the discount,I have made my mind.
Ps: I am glad I am not the only one steaming up from the port engine...

It looks there are 2 options:

Seablaze X or Seablaze X Spectrum.

If the Seablaze X are as bright or brighter than the Spectrum, I think I can live with only blue and white colors.
Theres about 6 seablaze options to be honest. the "Spectrum" is a multi-color "X". There are less bright seablaze and brighter seablaze.

Then there other brands that offer the ability to control the multi-color (RGB) lights with a controller and have dozens and dozens of custom colors, well beyond the primary red, green and blue.

Single color lights tend to be brighter, as ALL the LED bulbs are dedicated to one color. Dual color has half the lights as one, half as the other. RGB is typically divided by 3rd.

Nice price! I don’t have a burning desire to put them on my 410, but white ones installed on the 22’ boat we fish from might be cool for the nights we go crabbing.

So I just pulled the trigger and guess what ??? After 1/1/2019 Defender is now taking sakes tax on your order based on the state where you live. Added another $60.00 to my order. Still I paid over $1200.00 for my Hurley Marine just 4 years ago and those Hologin lights are already broken. It was going to cost me as much to fix the Hurley’s as these did new plus these use a fraction of the power.

Correction tax and shipping added $60.00...

My boat has a 14' 8" beam and I have 4 of the Spectrums installed. I think for me that was the perfect balance. These things do draw a little bit of power however. 5 amps each.
