As many of us have figured out through the years how great a man he is,could it be possible that maybe just maybe he is Santa Clause?
Something to ponder......

Speaking of Santa Claus.......perhaps Jim could award "Lifetime Platinum" status to Frank this year.

Frank has been far less cranky this year than in the past :) and he does possess (in my humble opinion) a definitive, world class knowledge when it comes to owning and operating a Sea Ray.

That's odd you would mention him being cranky. The 11 plus years I have know him he has always been helpful and happy and might I add even ( JOLLY ) at times.Hmmmmm ( JOLLY )....Santa???

Well he sure was Santa to my wife and I eleven(11) years ago when we called him at midnight(our very first day with the boat) with our alarms blaring and telling us our boat was sinking!!! Walked us through every nook and cranny of the boat and its electrical system. It was well after 2 in the morning or so and there he was helping all he could with no complaints. He brought us a great present that night: Our boat did not sink on the very first day of ownership. Now that deserves a Ho, Ho, Ho! JC

What a great story. How about anyone else who has a Frank W. story that you want to share.
I have another that comes to mind that's what Mr Frank is all about.
After enjoying a great quiet weekend on our 450 in a quiet cove outside of St.Michaels it was a Sunday afternoon and time to pull the anchor.Fired up the port motor purred like she always does, went to fire up the starboard and NOTHING not even a click. Scratching my head wondering what the heck do I do I sure as heck don't want to take this boat home on one motor especially through the Kent Narrows Channel so I decided to give FW a shout and he didn't pick the phone up. A minute or two later he calls me back ... he was riding his tractor cutting the grass which he loves to do. He stopped his work just to return the call and walk me through my issue. Five minutes later he and I were in my engine room and he got the motor started and we made it back home with no issues (-:
It happened to be an inexpensive part in the electric box on the engine.
So...was our weekend great ...absolutely, mainly because I have a friend through this site that stopped doing what he likes to do in order to help others.
Again Frank Webster when I read the nice stories about you (YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE) and
Thank you,
Tommy

Thanks guys........glad I was able to help when you needed it.

and, Tommy, for the record, I love to cut grass about as much as I love spending time with Fran's sisters. For those of you who don't know us that well, I married a jewel; the middle of 3 sisters. The older one is mean, the younger one is goofy and I get in trouble every time they come to visit.

I am in the same boat Frank, "Jewel" is an exact description of my wife Kathy. Doris and Susan - younger/older sisters, not so much.
I have found that these sometimes make things better, sometimes worse. https://www.middlesisterwines.com/
But I laugh every time regardless of the out come, that's when I get in trouble.
I get a kick out of the names of the different wines also, as some are very indicative of the siblings.

Enjoy

For sure, I got the middle jewel for my admiral. Feel so blessed to have a great wife.

I can sympathize with problem “outlaws”.

We sold our 260DA in May of 2017 and wanted to move up. The admiral was in love with the 480 MY. After much research and commication with Frank, I decided I did not want to chance issues with the QSM 11s. Next up was my fav, the 420DB. We traveled from Lake of the Ozarks to Miami and looked at everyone in between. The first one we wanted to see was in Chattanooga. It went under contract before we could get there, but the broker agreed to let us see it anyway. Frank drove 2 hours from his home to Chattanooga just to look at the boat with me and give me a better eye as to what to look for. 1.5 months later we were under contract on a perfect 44DB. To this day, Frank will answer an email or a phone call whenever I need him. He is a great human being. The world is a better place because of Frank Webster.
