I just installed the SS frame for my camper top. Looking for a source for the fittings you see in the picture. The wire on some fittings is gone and on others the nylon spaced is missing. Any ideas for a good source?

Any local canvas shop has these parts. They are routinely used for projects. Might be free if you look like a prospective customer or maybe five bucks at the outside if you just need one or two.I just installed the SS frame for my camper top. Those fittings are made by Taco Marine - check their website out for part numbers and you can easily google for an online retailer or check with a local store. If you want, upgrade to the newer style that doesn't use a wire "keeper" - the "pin" turns, but never comes out - look at the pics on their website - it'll make more sense.
You can definitely buy the pin/wire by itself - I'm not sure about the Delrin insert.
The manufacturer sells them directly? I did not know that (I usually just buy from myself! ). Thanks. On this site (Taco Marine) there are almost exact replacements. Search miscellaneous pins with lanyards. $6.25 each.
Last time I went through this I used fishing leaders pre made..just bought them on line....The hole in the pin you posted a picture of...you would just put a small key ring through the hole same for the tab on the pole... Attach the leader and your good to goAny ideas for a good source?
Taco Marine was very responsive and led me to a source for the Delrin inserts. So new pins and new inserts and I'm good to go.
