As I tell my wife, voting secures our bitching rights. If you don't vote, you can't complain.
 
I voted early - firm believer in that if you don't vote then don't complain.
 
For the first time in my memory.....the midterm elections have a lot of energy and money behind them.

With 3 votes counted....has CNN declared their favorites as winners?
 
16th in my district at 7am this morning. A lot of uncontested local positions, such as sheriff, county judiciary, etc
 
Had our absentee ballots mailed to the marina so they were there when we arrived. After filling them out, Karen insisted on walking to the mail box so she knew they went instead of leaving them with the marina’s outgoing mail
 
We were at the polls when they opened this morning and they were already starting to get busy.
Much more so than usual.
Noticed several middle aged people who seemed unfamiliar with the process which leads me to believe that they are either new or infrequent voters.
 
We can vote early in Indiana so we voted this past Friday. Some of the volunteers were commenting in the last 8 years they have worked the polls they have never seen this many people voting early...not even close to the numbers in the past... not sure if that means a lot more voters from both sides or one side is really pissed off :)

Just voted on my lunch break. No line. Not sure what number I was but we only had a 1 page ballot and no poll workers at the door, which I thought was odd.

Anyway, get out there! Vote early and vote often:)
 
I voted for lower taxes, more job creation, less welfare, less protection for illegal aliens and more protection for unborn babies.
