We have a 52 Sedan Bridge under agreement. Does anyone know of winter storage in the Cape/New Bedford/Plymouth areas that could handle this size boat? Looking for DIY yards, but open to all options

Bayline Marine in the south end of New Bedford. One of the few that allow you to work on boat. Fenced in perimeter with guard dogs.

Thanks. I called them and I am on their their waiting list but they are full as of the other day.

Have you tried Marty Niemiec at Niemiec Marine? I believe they allow you to work on your own boat also.

No, I will give them a call. Where are they located?

Last I knew Niemiec did not allow DIY work. Even if they do they are rarely open on Saturdays, and not at all on Sundays.

Moby Dick's in Fairhaven allows DIY even inside.

I am at Bayline and they are great but they fill up quick!

Niemiec couldn't accommodate that size boat so they are out. I will check on Moby Dicks.

Thanks for the suggestions

Moby Dicks can't accommodate that size either.

South Warf in Padanaram/south Dartmouth. Don't know about doing your own work or how.full they are.

where did you end up?
Cowesett Marina in Warwick RI. They have a large yard to accommodate hundreds of boats. I am able to work on the boat myself or bring in outside contractors if needed (that have the correct insurance) Very nice people and easy to work with. The only issue I see if because of so many boats they are a little slow to get things done. I didn’t get wrapped till the beginning of Dec and I was out of the water the first week of Nov. To be fair, we did have alot of bad weather that contributed to the slowdown.
