Invisable cars, what next invisable boats too

I saw this many times in the past... it's a Romulan cloaking device. It must have deactivated upon the crash when the car lost power.

It came from "Out of Nowhere" Apparently that place has a lot of traffic. I once had a fence post from there jump into the side of my truck with no warning.
