keys on only does not run hour meters /engine start toggle switches have to be on also (on my boat)

I used to run a 23 foot Formula with twin Volvo I/Os. The boat ran fine on one engine and we did run it that way routinely while fishing. Also used to dock it on one engine as it handled way better that way than trying to use the twins for steering.

Our 1993 SR 370 Express ran the hour meters when you tuned the keys on. Engines did not have to be spinning.
