Tough search as the market is tight but we have settled on a townhome in Treasure Island.
I will have a 24' Day boat... I was looking for advice on a couple questions.

1. I am looking to have a boat lift installed in my slip .. 13 x 30 and was looking for any recommended companies

2. Day trip - recommendations and favorite restaurants on the water ..

I have to chime in too. Advanced Marine Construction built my dock in St. Pete in 2014. Put in a 10,000 lb lift. Composite decking. Great quality.
