here are a few mods to my helm I have made...replaced original GPS and VHF radio with new 9" Garmin GPS/plotter and new double DIN stereo head unit....added two stainless steel cup holders....added suction cup phone holder and small battery powered fan.....

also added controls for 4 speaker zones where the speaker for the original VHF radio was before.....

I like the cup holders! Where did you source them? They would go well on those shallow ones to the left of the cabin door. They are pretty useless as they are.
