New 350 Sundancer

On my 330, dash switch ACC1 was unused and ACC2 was wired to the underwater lights. When I wired ACC1, I found that it was wired to a red/violet #14 wire designated #500 (under the dash). Just inches out of the electrical interface module under the dash(the box with the push breakers) this wire splices to a brown #14 wire designated #349 that ran to an unused plug next to the starboard engine.

My cabin tv works uses its own speakers, v-berth tv uses the v-berth speakers, and cockpit tv I wired into AUX IN on the stereo system.

As for ipod docks, I have them but don't use them, so I can't help you there.

I'm guessing the 2nd ACC switch is a blank. I just have to figure out how to utilize it.

Another question, I read on here about the 2nd ipod jack in the fwd stbd hanging locker running the bow speakers. I hook up an ipod but can't seem to get anything to work. There is also 2 pin jacks in the same area which I have no clue what they are for.

It is the ipod dock and 2 separate pin jacks in the locker. When you hook up you ipod to that dock, do the speakers just automatically run through your ipod? Everything controlled via the ipod? Thanks!

Yes. The iPod/iPhone controls volume, song, etc.
It's a fairly simple setup, but it works.

Big boy toys,
Did you use the ACC1 for something? And what?

I boat in the New York City area so lets just say the water is less than clear. I upgraded the underwater lights to LED for decreased power consumption as well as an increase in lumens. They are controlled by ACC2. I also installed under platform (but above water) lights and wired them to ACC1. I like having both options available.

My boat is a 2008 350/370 DA. In the compartment under the steering wheel that access's inside the dash/helm area, there is a "rocker switch" mounted to the FWD bulkhead. Does anyone know what that switch is for? I have pushed it both directions and can't get it to do anything.

My 2008 330 doesn't have that switch. Does it look to be factory wired? Is it shown in the wiring diagrams in tue owners manual?

I'm hoping someone with the same boat will chime in. I haven't been able to locate the switch in the wiring diagram and yes it looks factory.

The rocker switch lifts the hatch when you use a jump pack if you open the rear entry door the hatch should go up and down when you use jump pack you would insert into 12 v cig lighter adapt and use toggle.

That is exactly what it does, with one caveat, the safety switches that stop the hatch from opening say on your door under the sink or starboard side storage compartment are bypassed. So be sure all doors are closed before operating.

Where can you get the cig adapter to have for a "just in case" situation?

Most jump packs come with the cig adapt on them you cig outlet is right near your cup holders near your speaker next to the helm seat

Sorry to bring back an old post, Trying to get my underwater lights wired to ACC1 switch. I was able to locate the plug and wires listed above. Brown # 349 and black #348.

I tried hooking up the red from the underwater lights to brown and black to black... and then hit the switch and nothing.. Am I missing something.. I thought this line and switch already had power. Do I have to turn something else on or do something different
