The screw that held the windshield wiper came off and is gone forever. Seems you can't get that screw anywhere! So, do I buy new arm and blade apparatus to replace ? If so, where can I get one for a sensible price?

I wouldn't give up just yet. Take the other blade and screw to an ACE hardware or similar store and go to the fastener section. Try Home Depot if ACE does not work. Once you find one, buy several for spares. We always had good luck going to truck part stores for new blades. They might be a source as well.

Sea Ray sourced their wiper hardware from FORD. Go to a local trucking supply store and ask for wiper hardware for a “L” series truck.
