We all know if the admiral ain't happy no-one is happy...... .it will be used for sure..pics to come
 
With an older vessel any surprises with the survey...... or after the survey?
Luckily not anything major...just service and replace engine water impellars...the genset is original and tired ...so we will probably just replace it....but everything else works .....

Don't let anybody tell you the boat is old. It's "seasoned", "tenured", "has experience". ha.

I can't tell you how jealous I am every time I see a covered slip. You guys are living the life...
