When I did mine (same swap as you are doing) a number of years ago, I contacted Hafele and they put me in touch with a local distributor/retailer in my area. Price was great (don't remember exactly, but was better than anything online... or at least right in line) and I kept my money local.

I'm sure I'll have that many of the buttons, the FP site says the bezels may need to be cut to get them out without damage to the material it is in, particularly glass.
