I believe the Searay part # was 1736003--- Bostik 960 SR in beige ( or tan ) ? I have a 2000 DA with the tan dash and have a couple of small voids I the caulking.

I was wondering if anyone might have some leftover Bostik beige caulk for my 380 DA. I need just a small amount for a repair and have been told that it is no longer available. I am willing to pay for it or if someone went through the same thing how you solved the problem. I have looked endlessly...

My portside voltage gauge stops at 12 when engine is turned off. Is it worth having it repaired, can you take it apart easily, or just replace? I saw FP Marine has them but I'm not sure if mine is 12 or 24v? My boat is a 2000 380 DA, Thanks.

Does anyone know where I can get the lens cover for the closets on a 2000 380 DA?

I noticed this weekend that a couple of the engine hoses are slightly touching the bottom of the manifolds leaving a slight burn mark. Is there anything made for this problem or something like electrical tape wrapped around the hose in that area?

Update----Mechanic says the problem was the high pressure fuel pump. In the slip at idle or at a higher rev the fuel pressure was in spec. We'll take the boat for a shakedown and see.

I went out with a friend for a shakedown in his '02 30DA and the starboard engine was popping thru the arrestor, would not get up to RPM. The compression has been checked== all around 175, the risers were checked ok, the distibuter cap changed. Any suggestions? Has anyone seen these symptoms...

To do a compression check on gassers, is it correct to do it with warm engines or cold, and with all spark plugs out or with just the cylinder you are testing? I am getting different information from different people. Thanks.

Has anyone used Finish First by Liqui-Tech? I believe it is a sort of polymer. A friend has used it and likes it.

No you can't see mat, but I am wondering when a barrier coat or primer is needed before bottom painting. I have seen others in the yard sand out the bare spots and bottom paint over them with nothing else.

A friend of mine has sanded his bottom paint off and looks to me that he may have gone thru the gelcoat in a couple of places. Should he prime these small spots or does he need to use barrier paint here before bottom painting or just bottom paint? If you go thru gelcoat do you see mat? He asked...

Does anyone know where to buy the filters for a Taylor Made A/C unit? Mine are getting beat up from cleaning them.

Update.........My local Sea Ray dealer called me back and says that Zepher is no longer made by Bostik, but that Nickel is a close match. Has anyone used the Nickel? Is it a good match for tan?
