I recently purchased a 1990 310DA. I want to service teh ac strainer but when I went to close the yellow hndle on teh sea cock it wouldn't move. I know this isn't unusual but on furthr inspection I noticed a flat plate with a yellow T handle on it opposite the ball valve handle. What is this T...
