When I take the belt off all accessories spin free, the water pump is a little stiff but my understanding is that is should be a little stiff. I think I might pull it off and take a look at it. Thanks.

I have 350 Magnums in my 2003 320 Sundancers. Sometimes my port engine starts perfectly. Then the next time it will not start and sounds like it is tearing itself apart. The belt trys to turn but squeals and hesitates. If it does start it almost sounds like it is going to backfire. A couple...
