nice boat! thats exactly what mine looks like, same color and everything...
Mine would stall when I first got it going from fwd nuet rev sometimes.
Adjusted the cables and now it works fine..
TAch isn't working, so how do I remove the dash or the gauge itself. It's the stock gauge. Does it just pull out? or do I need to remove the dash?
thanks
Paul
I'm in the same boat (no pun intended) I have the same setup as you. Your right repowering is a huge finacial burden, most times more than the boat is worth.
I however was meeting in the middle. I was going to get an SE116 outdrive (alpha Gen II) with a 3yr warranty and transom convertion for...
Heya Guys I have a 87 250da powered by a 350 CID motor and a OMC cobra drive. I had 10 people on it and couldn't get it on a plane even at WOT....in the near future I would randomly like to pull a tube or two. I don't know the oem prop size, just yet.
How can I prevent this in the future...
I have an 87 350cid with omc outdrive and it runs a constant 170 at wot stock motor with 650hours

Umm well....been in/on the water/docks every weekend since I got my boat last month.....other than that, adjusted the throttle cables and adjusted the carb.
and found a oil leak -_-

I thought it was about just boating with tons of other Sea Rays on the water and sharing a lifestyle experience who share a common interest?
I only wish I could go, but my butt has nothing to haul my boat with, lake...
I know it's a ton. I saw the one guys signature with a 454 *drool* bet that thing scoots.
I'll get more pictures, I was on it twice this weekend. It's a real slug at low speeds and I'm not that great at docking.
Neighbors love the stereo as long as it's not rap, which is fine.
The big difference...
