I had the exact same problem with my 97. I was a new boat owner and I freaked out, thought she was sinking. Anyway, enough about my insecurities, on the floor of the cabin there are two access points to get below the floor (small storage areas). Below the one closest to the fridge there is a...
Perfect, that's the best response yet. I'll just let them freeze their little gonads off. Then I'll pluck them off like JuJuBees. I'll bring a scraper as a back up plan.
Unfortunately I didn't get to them rigth away. I went out today and actually cut my finger trying to snap one off. Guess I'll be rolling up my sleeves...
I keep my boat on Tilghman Island on the Chesapeake Bay. I pulled the boat in preparation for hurricain Sandy and noticed barnacles attached to the bottom of the boat. I've had the boat for 5 seasons and this is the first time I've noticed so many.

I'm on the...

I have a 1997 330 Sundancer and was wondering if anyone has painted their boat to freshen it up. And, any idea how much it would cost. Or, should I just replace/upgrade.
Yesterday I was out on a short ride in my 1997 330 Sundancer. I noticed the fluid in my built in compass was nearly gone. How difficult is it to replace? Is it something I'll need to order from Sea Ray or will West Marine do?
Or, can it be repaired? It doesn't look like it would be too...
