For you WW II aircraft buffs

Thanks. Dad was a flight instructor in WW 11. He taught me to fly when I was tall enough to reach the petals. I still have a Bonanza. Thanks Dad! Thanks to all the WW 11 men and women.

33 Express Cruiser for sale in AL - Anyone know who's boat this is?

That boat is heavier than a 33DA and wider. 6.2s may not have enough butt to make you happy with their performance in that boat.

Should we just split up the US?

We live and boat in the warm waters of the old CSA. Not a bad thing. We have noticed more northern folks down here than you see southern folks up north. The northerners seem to take to our laid back, black eyed pea and grit eating world.

Spending cuts due to ground Navy's Blue Angels flying team

They need to shut down the Departments of Energy, Education, Labor and the EPA. Make the USA a "right to work" country. Jobs would return to our shores. Elect people who will put the USA first and their on interest second.

anybody crusing with one engine off?

Everyone has a different mission. Some days on the boat we may not crank the engines. Then there are days we explore and could run 6 to 10 hours. Most of our dinner cruises are 2 to 3 hours at "cocktail" speed. Our ocasional trip to Destin is 130 miles there and back. We may run that trip 1200...

Fuel consumption twin Merc 7.4l MPI v-drives?

Trim tabs are set to keep the bow set where it should be and to get the best fuel mileage. Again, weight and hull and prop conditions have a great effect on performance. The degree of engine tune will aslo effect the performance. The chart I offer is what happened that day at that weight. Now...
