I think this is probably the same as yours. Just replaced on an '05 340. Unit was not actually glued but screws together. Was actually a very simple repair.
I have the original manual but it is a multi language generic manual for all of their compressor refrigerators. No dimensions. I am going back out to my boat this week and will pull the unit out to take measurements. I'll forward them to you
I have a 2005 340 and my cabin refrigerator is dying. It is a Coolmatic RPD-0110U. Has anyone found a replacement that retrofits with minimal rework? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks
They actually make reverse thread extractor bits, which was my original plan, but when I started a pilot hole with the regular bit the broken off portion of the bolt popped right out.
I had the same thing happen. Keep in mind that the bolt is reverse threaded. I took a small standard drill bit (with standard clockwise rotation) and the bolt came right out. Good luck.

I thought I found a cross for the 120V bulbs, but they were incorrect. I have never found an LED cross for the incandescent ones, but honestly with the improved light from the LEDs, we don't even need the 120V anymore.
