The excuse I use with the admiral now is that I have to go take the boat out to clean the bottom. :) This is much more favorable to boating much more often, however, I think she is starting to catch-on to my diabolical plan.

This past weekend, I took a mop and brushed the transom off from the swim platform. The slime/algae came of with ease. It took me less than 5 minutes to clean the transom. The paint still looks good!!!
