hey everyone I just picked up another boat for the family. its a 1987 Eagle 371 . I have never heard of them before but it seems to be a pretty solid boat. Do we have an out board expert on the forum? it has a johnson 140 and i have a few questions for someone that knows them pretty well.

working on the boat and its hard to start still. pulled the starter off cause its turning over so slow. had it tested and it is good. got the volt meter out and started testing. 13 volts at the battery, 13 at the solenoid, 9 volts coming out of the solenoid and 9 volts at the starter...
