Very Common when you buy a Sea Ray.
I am in the market again but after owning a 2006 185 sport for a few years not sure I would ever go back to Sea Ray and the crappy workmanship we put up with. Yet all I hear about is how great they are. Looking at a Four Winns this time and a few others.
Are you serious about the flat spots?
Never had a problem with any of my boats...but i just started putting jack stands under the axels incase I do have a flat. I had a hard time deciding were I would place them...for full support through the winter with out doing any damage.
A friend of mine did the wood block trick this winter and this year went to check on his boat and has a flat tire and of course a alot of weight is now on the skeg. I wonder if he will find any damage come spring?

My next boat I am taking a bottle of quick detailer and a microfiber towel and going over the whole boat. Trust me in the heat of the moment things get missed and this will possibly save you a few trips back to dealer for warranty work.

I had a similar problem. I found that when I folded the tounge in it disconected/pulled the wires in the trailer frame. I just needed to pull a little more out of the trailer and the problem hasnt come back. When you fold the tounge you can see that each wire has a quick disconect...as I...
I forgot to report back...I finally got the nerve up to give this a shot. It was much easier then what I had imangined it to be. However the black Gelcoat has been left alone not sure I could get that to match as well.
