After idling around 1000 rpm’s for 20-30 minutes starboard engine dropped to 580 rpm’s. Engine will not accelerate, increase throttle and it coughs but does not die. Shutdown engine for 30 minutes or so, engine restarted, idles at 680, and am able to accelerate and get on plane. No problems...
