Thanks for the pics.Put the cover in a vice with copper softeners and with a little push the allen came out.Some rust on threads caused by little use,280 hrs in 9 yrs.Now i can change the other transmission fluid.thanks again :smt038

My filter cover did not come apart like in the picture. the allen bolt turns the bottom half of the cover but will not tighten the halves together. Could the bolt be frozen in the bottom half? Being made of aluminum i didn't want to put it in a vice
