The 3M non-skid deck cleaner does it for us. It removes 95% of the ground in grime and stains and I use the yellow Surehold brush. The remaing stubborn stains are removed w/ Softscrub. -JB

I would think it is in addition to the existing sales tax paid at time and point of sale and on the amount that is over $200K. On a $300K 38 DA that would amount to $30,875 or an overall effective rate of 10.3%. Ouch!

Regarding sterndrive Sea Ray's, check out the pricing on the '09 38 Sundancer w/ Axius Sea Cores. They list out @ $550K decently equipped. Figure a 25% discount and you are over $400K. I Wonder how many of these they'll move?
