220 Sundeck Thread - Questions and Answers

Thanks surfinjoe for sharing what you have. I have not looked into Polk before. I do like the price point you were at as well. That is my problem as well and like the idea of adding those seperates. If you can, take a pic for me if you could and post it. Like to see what it looks like. When I am...

    Swim deck platform pad

i have a 2003 220 Sundeck and just received some samples. Sea-dek sent me a one pager that shows pictures of all the platform, walk through and a couple up at the bow where the anchor is. Did you just order this kit? I believe it was $460 for everything. Or did you get the kit and make your own?

First Sea Ray- can't wait to get out

Yes I was surprised when I found it. It is a 2003 with 100hrs on it. It has 320HP. I was told to see something around 57-60mph depending of course on how many people and how much fuel is in there. Most 220's came with the 5.0 260hp motor. I wanted a little bit more. They are hard to find with...

First Sea Ray- can't wait to get out

Here is a picture of a new Sea Ray 220 Sundeck we bought a couple of weeks ago. Has every option plus the 6.2 liter with Bravo III. I am expecting great things from this boat. I had a fountain fever before I got married and had to sell it. Getting back into boating again and trying to get a...

Question on port engine mount and coupler on a 220 Sundeck with a 6.2 bravo III

Thanks Presentation for the info. They said they had to pull the motor. They said the stainless steel coupler will last a lot longer than the factory steel one. That is why they recommendid the steel one. They also recommended the stainless steel coupler due to the Bravo III drives being harder...

So I just bought this bought, great shape and only 120 hours on motor on this 2003 sundeck 220. So I take boat to my local Marine Max here in MN to get everything checked over. I get a call from the service guy saying the bolt that hold the engine mount on the port side broke and came out of...

220 Sundeck Thread - Questions and Answers

Thanks surfinjoe for the info. The props are the factory counter dual rotating props. I will see what I can get this equipment for. I will most likely replace the head unit so I can plug the Ipod into it. I was looking at replacing all the 6.5 drivers, adding a 10" sub and possibly a 5 channel...
