He was selling the boat with the warranty for $155k. Without warranty, $152k. He already had purchased this extended warranty.

What shoudld I expect to pay for a 2006 32 with less than 50 hours? Decent amount of options 350 engines. I am seeing prices range anywhere from $180k to $145k.
