    Tripod for towing skier.

    I have a 1989 Sea Ray 180. It has the mounts for the tow tripod on either side fo the engine and directly behind it. However I cant find anyone who sell's the tower itself. Any help will be appreciated.

    Gotta think about what your boat does when at anchor. Any current or breeze will tend to have the boat pivot on its anchor chain/rope. Powerboats would have an issue with the chain/rope getting caught up in the prop where as a sailboat would not. All my years in the Navy, I never saw a ship...
