Mike, I bypassed it on Saturday and the lights now work. The only problem I have it the ground noise but I will fix that when I change where I have the Head unit grounded.

I emailed searay customer service and gave them my hull id number. They responded with the 2 colors of gel coat used in my boat, the manufacturer and the part number. They also recommended spectrum color to get the materials I needed.
Can the dimmer be bypassed in 90' 270da? My old 87 Sorrento s24 didn't have a dimmer. And my cruisers has a switch that has 2 settings for brightness I wasn't sure if I could jump the blue wires together and bypass the black box.

Feedback from another member has led me in the direction of a missing key panel for the macerator to discharge overboard. Which I am not worried about seeing as how I boat on inland waters. Now I just need to figure out what to do with the hole that is there.
