I just realized the overhead lights dim on their own switch...I am going to have to check out the 'Dimmer' switch, that might be my issue. Gonna feel like a fool if that is it!
Well, the dimmer switch does control the hard-top lights, and does work properly. My next guess is to get under the helm and see if something is obviously disconnected. The running light switch does activate the external running lights, so that appears to be working as well.

I am assuming that activating the running lights should also turn on the back lighting for the analog gauges on the instrument panel, but they do not. Have tried every possible switch to get those...
Looking to replace the front sun pads on a 2004 Sea Ray Five Hundred. It also seems that something is missing from the current setup, as the pads will raise, but there is no mechanism behind the pads to keep them elevated.
Anyone know of any websites that might have this? Having some issues...
I wouldn't do it...don't forget that its not just your ski on the lift when raising out of the water, its usually at least one other person holding it in place while you are trying to get it on the chocks, etc.
