I just bought a 1986 or 87 Searay Seville (bowrider style). It has a 3.0 liter Mercruser Alpha 1 inboard/outboard. I can't believe it but the front motor mount must be removed to change the alternator belt. Can someone tell me what's the easiest way to change this without damaging anything...
