I have 4.3's with bravo III's. All the people I talk to say the boat top's out the same around 40 mph. But the big difference is the whole shot with bravo III's I'm able to pull up my son on his wake board. And I top out at 43 mph but the bravo III's do handle alot better one finger steering at...
Even 7 t0 8 seconds seems too me to be a long time.i pull my son and his friends wake boarding alot and they have told me to slow down.i have twin 4.3's with bravo iii's but it will do it with 6 to 8 people full fuel and water and bottom paint.what kind of top end can you reach.
My local sea ray dealer told me today that they use a 5100 series glue. That will not let you remove the hatch it will rip fiberglass and bend up the window frame they tell me to back out screws on the upper corner and silicon them.
Its dripping down from the lower starboard screw head i think its running down thru and drips from there because its the low point.i checked the frame screws for tightness and there is three on the upper starboard side that seem stripped and dont get real tight so i pulled them out put pipe tape...
Re: Co detector
Today was better i agree you need air flow from the front.the problem for me is that i have to back into my slip so every time i back up with the canvas on i have to deal with this problem and it goes off for a long time even with the front hatch n fan going.
I'm having the same smell with a half tank in minnesota. It's been colder here then normal and i have put triple chemical then needed and still i get smell every flush so i think my filter is ready for a change to.
Just checking to see if anyone has had any problems with their front hatch leaking water. Also i just replaced my starboard thermostat and the gauge still reads 110 degrees at any thing under 2,000 rpm's normal over.im thinking the sensor is bad.
I did that once already and had no leaks.also that was on the trailer before i went boating and the boat shifts and gets pounded in the water.i think the window flexes and cracks the seal.
Thank you for the info that is what i've been told pretty easy fix.the water leak in the big window is the problem that is driving me crazy i don't know if it's leaking around it or running down from somewhere by the windshield.
I just bought a 2006 280da.im having a few problems just checking to see if there is others having the same. 1. The starboard motor runs at 110 deg. Untill up on plane then 160.2.my fuel guage reads different all the time. 3. My main window over my front berth leaks water.any help would be great...
