    The rules and monitoring are left up the city where the cove is located. Andrews Bay is constantly patrolled by the Seattle PD. I've rarely seen USCG on the lake.

    It's one of the only overnight anchorages left on the lake. Juanita Bay got shut down a few years ago because of all the loud partiers and complaints from the houses on shore.
