Thanks Todd. That is a nice set up that have there going to see if I can do that with the ac pump and strainer located there. Might have to do some modifications. :)

That's good to here. I am leaning towards 300 ft. Still up in the air about what line to use. To many choices. When spring comes I will try and soak the anchor line see if that helps.

That's what I have with the problem at the splice. I would like to carry around 250 300ft. A friend of mine says to use mega braid because it goes through the windless better and lays flat in the locker. It's pricy so want to do some research first.
