I'm having the exact same issue on my 2003 360. Replaced both rocker switches and then cleaned the connections on my starter from the advice on this thread. Did you ever get it resolved?

at idle at the dock there's an abundance of bubbling on that engine coming up from the underwater exhaust. other engine has none and has good water flow out of the above water exhaust.

got a whole coat hangar length down there. nothing that i felt

sorry to revive an old thread, I'm having the opposite problem on my New to Me 2003 Sundancer 360. Port engine exhaust at idle is all coming out underneath, no water is coming out on the hole above the water line. STB engine exhaust is coming out the exhaust hole. Ran it 3500 rpm for 3.5 hours...

Thanks everyone! The owner took the boat into the shop right after the sea trial to fix the engine issue and some other seaworthy items. I’ll post the results. I’m getting pumped! The 360 looks like an amazing boat

Hey everyone! Coming from a Mako 212! Just did a survey yesterday on a 2003 360 with 8.1s. Owner did not run the boat much in the past 18 months. Passing 3500rpm the port engine started making a popping sound. Temps never got above 165 on either engine. Surveyor thinks it is a fuel issue...
