just changed the lower unit oil (alpha one) and ran the boat to get the motor oil hot to change, changed the motor oil went to bed, woke up went to work came home and saw brand new clean green merc gear oil coming from the water inlet. what did i do wrong? i pumped the oil in from the bottom til...

newbie here, just bought a 200 br and before i use it would like to check the oil level, can't find a dip stick! looked everywhere. it's a 1992 4.3lx 4 barrel in a 200 br with rear bench seat. now i'm a chevy guy had 5 s-10's and blazers with 4.3's is this different being a mercruser? sorry...

hello just sold the old bayliner outboard and stepped up to the plate.... bought a 1992 200 bowrider with a 4.3lx 4 barrel. had it on the lake today for 2 hours and i love it, like moving from a chevy to a benz.
