Good day fellow Sea Ray owners.
I'm looking for some advice.
I have been in talks with a dealer looking to trade my 310 for a 370.
Other dealers I have dealt with you can compare nadaguide and whatever nada says for average retail that is what I get for trade and that is what I pay on...
Lost
I'm not lost guys just trying to take in all the information. I'm going to have to find an easy to print all this info to prepare me for the undertaking.
I was just telling my wife last night about all the informataion I have at my disposal on this site. Thank you to the hosters and forum care takers. This is truely a great place for Sea Ray owners.
Back to the subject at hand. Okay it sound better with the 1800 plus batteries that can be...
Inverter cost
Wow, it looks like to get a good inverter it would run around 2K or better then you need to get the battery bank for it. That gets the cost right up there to where I might as well purchase a gen, huh.
Thank you for all your very insightful input. I love that I found this...
Has anyone installed an inverter on their boat? I have heard one could be installed to run things such as your microwave, coffee maker, or TV granted only one at a time. If anyone has, can you point me in the direction of where to even buy such a large inverter?
Thanks in advance for any...
We didn't start the fire
I didn't mean to get everyone going on this.... :smt021
Okay some say portable some say no, what about I just keep looking for my 370 or 400 with a gen already installed on her?
Yes I was curious about running the gen all night. I haven't had a boat with a gen...
Interesting point
The thought has occurred to do the portable gen, but then I hear about people who are electracuted when they go to shut it off from the dew and such. You said you don't run the gen during the night so here is a question. If you don't run the gen at night how do you keep cool...
Main reason for trade
The only reason we are looking to possibly trade for a larger boat is for a generator, but if we could find a reasonably priced generator we would probably just keep our 310. If anyone has any input on a used good priced generator please let me know.
Thanks in advance...
I posted in another section when dealing on a larger Sea Ray, but thought I would post here for any input on a generator. The only reason we are looking to possibly trade for a larger boat is for a generator, but if we could find a reasonably priced generator we would probably just keep our...
Thanks everyone for the input
It sounds as though I should probably stick with the Dancer. I have a daughter so the extra room in the cabin will be nice. The deal fell through on this one due to not giving jack for a trade, but I shall keep looking.
Thanks again everyone for the input.
I currently own a '99 310DA and my wife and I are looking at a '95 370DA and a '93 400EC. What suggestions/advice would everyone give on these different years and models? We just started looking at them and thought I should get some advice from the other owners such as myself that might own...
