I have replaced mine a year ago on my 5.7 but used aftermarket from Boat Bandit.com. At the time, they had the best price. You can also check Sterndrives.com for OEM manifolds, risers and elbows.

I agree with gnealon: the truck is much less expensive to fix than the boat.
