i finally climbed into the boat. The floor piece measures 25 inches long x 13 inches at one end and 9 inches at the other.
There is a 2 inch rib that runs the length underneath to keep it from flexing when standing on it.
I used cardboard to make a template with excess on the starboard edge so I could best fit it by sanding a taper to match the floor.
