Anyone have written directions on how to install the Ski tow Mirror on a 240SD? It appears to have grooves that fit in the windshield. Appreciate any help here. Thanks.:thumbsup:

Agreed that the dealer will update to new "control module" version and I will receive the completed work order (in writing). All very good advice considering this is just good business practice as well as dealer service. Thanks everyone for your perspectives!

Recall page was helpful; however I noticed this issue with the DTS was not included. I assume it is because it is a Mercury recall vs. Sea Ray. ? Thanks for the info!

I've put a deposit on a new unsold '08 240SD that per another thread in the maintenance section has a HIN that is subject to a Federal recall on the DTS system. First - is there a way we can find out what all recalls exist by HIN? Second - is there a way to check by HIN whether the recall...

Is this a big deal? The boat I just put a deposit on falls into this recall category. Should I demand a model with a HIN that is not affected by this???
