Contacted Mercury Marine tech said he remembers hearing about problems with repowering with cabin key energizing systems check and fuel pump but can’t remember. Have reached out to Sea Ray and they said they would get back to me. That was last week. Need a Sea Ray/Mercruiser tech in southwest...

One other thing the tech did is he replaced all 4- batteries, not sure that has anything to do with problem

The ignition rocker switch is wired correctly and even though I replaced switch the terminals have not been changed since before new engine went in. I’m wondering if starter solenoid is wired correctly on new engine.

Thanks for info. I have replaced ignition rocker switch at helm. Almost seems like starter solenoid is being back fed, cause some kind of dual voltage feed.
