There is a small bleed bolt on top of the exhaust manifold towards the outboard side of the genny. Remove it while you have the cap off and are topping off the coolant.

I know the bolt your talking about, pain in the a$$. Can you get a stud in there and just use a washer and nut?

Just got off the phone with Raymarine technical support...o_O They recommended a external gps raystar 130 unit be installed... I explained my mfd has built in gps and he stated that this would be better. I explained my stiuation to him , I don't think he understood at all... Dave
