Pull the plugs and see if it turns over. If so I would do a compression test on it before I would pull the engine.

I agree. Do a compression test and check the timming. It may have jumped time a tooth or 2. You may also have blown a head gasket.

I am upset about it as the next guy, But I'm not sitting here bitching about it. Instead I am working for BP to clean it up. I agree with Wayne. Flordia Tank Lines is less than a mile from my house and I have seen other tankers come in and fill up.
