Does anyone know what cap for this is called and where to get a replacement?

I live in the Pompano Beach/Fort Lauderdale area and have a 2001 Sea Ray 280 Sundancer. This is arguably the personal boating capital of the world. There are choices for marinas, services, and restaurants with docks, lakes, and lagoons off the ICW and of course the Keys!! Storage can be pricey...
