There was a fuse that was not blown, you mean that?

Just got a 93 sea rayder from a friend, 340EC sucks for tubing, little pricy. Rayder has no spark, starter dead, gonna pull start it to see what's up but I pulled the kill switch out to look at it and there were 4 wires. why are there 4 wires?

My wife and I finally bought our dream boat, a 1985 340EC. runs like new. Needed cockpit interior work when we bought it. Already pulled cockpit interior and am looking for dash panels. When I get these the boat will be like new but can't seem to find new ones anywhere. Please help
