Update Did a pressure test of the cooling system. Air is leaking into the motor so I have a cracked block. Compression test will not show crack in the block only if head gasket is good.

Thanks for the advice guys. Removed the exhaust manifolds, they are 2 piece. Have a pressure test done on cooling system thru block and manifolds separately to determine if the block is good. I'll keep you updated.

I bought a sea ray to fix up. It has a 4.3 mercruiser. Compression was 115 to 117 on all cylinders at cold temp. I have water in the oil and loosing power steering fluid with no leaks in power steering fluid. I do know one of the exhaust manifolds needs replaced. My next guess is the power...
