I am going to try to repair my gimbal ring the same way you did with the JR marine fix. My questions is did you use his wrenches he is offering or did you fab your own? Do you have any regrets doing it this way? Any tips or cost savings you could pass along? Thanks

What backing did u go with? Will the sun fad the carpet or the bindings? Are the throw rugs any different than the indoor carpet on the roll? The carpet looks great! Full custom and great style. You have motivated me to tackle my 270. Thanks
