I am considering moving my boat to the bay for a few months(May, June, July) next summer for some extended cruising trips. Looking for recommendations for marinas in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area to use as our base. We will be 5-6 hours away from the boat so would like a well protected...
Thanks for the responses. I didn't realize there was a GFI behind that door. Will check it out this weekend when back at the boat. I knew of the one in the head and in the cabinet on the starboard side. Are there any others I am missing?
The receptacles in the galley are not working. The galley systems breaker on the distribution panel is on, GFI's not tripped. Is there something simple I am missing?
Thanks
Thanks for all the replies. I have water up to the miving valve so must be something inside there. However, for the life of me I cannot figure out where the set screw is to pull the handle off to get inside. It is a Grohe. Looking online now to see if I can find a schematic.
I have a 2003 380 with the RL80C radar w/ open array. I need to remove the radar off the arch for Hwy transport. Can anyone provide some direction on the best way to do that?
Thanks
I just had the same issue. However the alarm (EMCT) went off before I even started the engine. My problem is when I went to unscrew the old sensor the nut basically broke right off with most of the sensor still threaded in the manifold. Any ideas on the best wat to get it out? I thougth it...
Update...Turns out I sucked up some mud and clogged the lines on the front unit. I hadn't expected that as water was flowing through the salon unit. I guess since the front unit was the only one running there was more pressure to pull it through? The unit should have shut down and given an error...
The unit was in heat mode and the salon unit was not running. I usually leave one unit on at 58 to 60 when I am gone. Didn't think the water temp had gotten that cold but could be wrong.
Got to the boat this weekend and noticed the the forward AC was not pumping water. It was the only one running, water was flowing through the salon AC discharge. When I looked at the AC it was a block of ice. The water lines around the coil were totally covered, looked like the compressor sat in...
I wanted to see if anyone familiar with the Wilmington, Southport (North Carolina) area might recommend some things to do, places to go besides the obvious. Looking for resturaunts, anchorages where you can swim, or any other suggestions. Our boat is currently at the South Harbor Village Marina...
